Turn off the printer
Turn the printer on whilst holding down Menu button. (Display says user maintenance.)
Press the menu button three times. (The display will say drum counter reset.)
Press enter key. The system should go back on line, if not press on-line key.

This is indicated when the toner feed switch error
or the toner locklever-open error occurs repeatedly when new toner is used.

it has to do with the yellow.

3 possible solutions.
Confirm that the lever is in position.
Replace the toner feed unit.
Replace the ID units.
