To print a configuration page from an MX-M200D copier with printing capability, press and hold the little black button on the back left of the copier, on the print controller unit.  Hold this button in for about five seconds or so.

The configuration page, called a printer setting list, will print out shortly.  This page contains network information such as the IP address, as well as general machine information like the total page count.

To print a self test/configuration page from a LaserJet 3055:

- Press the Menu button
- Scroll to the right or left using the arrow buttons until "Reports" is displayed on the screen
- Press the Enter button (the green button with the check mark)
- Scroll to the right or left until "Config report" is displayed
- Press Enter

If you are looking for the printers page count, it wont be displayed on the config page; youll have to print out a usage page instead to see the page count.

On a 3035 or 3045 with the print/scan option installed, you can print out a configuration page that contains a lot of useful data.  To print the config page:

- Press User Tools/Counter.
- On the screen, touch Printer Features.
- Touch Config. Page.

On the Officejet 6500A Plus, you can print several reports.  Two of these could be considered configuration pages -- the printer status report and the network configuration page.  The printer status report shows information like ink levels, serial number, total page count, and machine settings, whereas the network configuration page shows detailed information about the network setup.  To print either of these pages, follow the instructions below.

- On the main screen, touch Setup.  (You may have go to the right to find it.)
- Go down one screen and touch Reports.
- Touch either Network Configuration Page or Printer Status Report.

To print a configuration page from a Ricoh CL2000, CL3000, or CL3500 printer:

- Press the Menu button
- Scroll down to List/Test Print
- Press the Enter button
- Scroll down to Config. Page
- Press the Enter button

To print a configuration page from a Pro 906EX, 1106EX, or 1356EX with the print option installed:

- Press the User Tools button.
- On the touch screen, select Printer Features.
- Select Configuration Page.

To print a configuration page from an SP C240SF or C242SF multifunction copier:

- Press the User Tools button
- Press the down arrow until "Print List/Report" is displayed
- Press the OK button
- Scroll down to "Configuration Page"
- Press OK
- A confirmation message will appear; press the arrow button under where "Yes" is displayed on the screen.

To print a configuration/self-test page from a Deskjet 5740:

- Press and hold the Power button.
- Press and release the Resume button (the button with the arrow on it) four times.
- Release the Power button.

These instructions will also work for many other Deskjet models.

The configuration page for the MX-6201N consists of two pages: a system status report (a page with general information) and a configuration report (a specific page with detailed network settings).  To print these two pages:

- Press the System Settings button.
- On the touch screen, select List Print (User).
- Next to "Printer Test Page," touch the arrow to bring up the different choices, and select NIC Page.
- Select Print next to the Printer Test Page box.

To print a configuration page from a Ricoh 907EX, 1107EX, or 1357EX with printing capability:

- Press the User Tools button
- Select Printer Features
- Select Configuration Page

To print a configuration page from the LaserJet Enterprise 500 Color M551 printer:

- Press the Home button (the one with the house icon on it)
- Scroll down until Administration is the highlighted choice
- Press the OK button
- Scroll down to Reports
- Press OK
- Configuration/Status Pages will be the highlighted choice -- press OK
- Scroll down to Configuration Page
- Press OK
- Scroll back up to the top of the list, to Print
- Press OK

In general, Infotec copiers are the same as Ricoh copiers, just branded differently.  If you know your Infotec copiers model number, you can look it up on Ricohs model cross reference table to find the Ricoh model number, and with the Ricoh model number you can find the configuration page instructions.  For example, an Infotec IS 2175 is comparable to a Ricoh Aficio 2075.

To print a configuration page from a printer with the Fiery EB-135 print controller installed, go to the Fiery screen on the printers interface and follow the instructions below:

- Select Main Menu/Cancel in the center of the screen
- Select the right arrow button to the right of Print Pages
- Select the right arrow button to the right of Configuration

To print a configuration page from a Ricoh MP 2510 or MP 3010 that has printing capability:

- Press User Tools/Counter
- On the screen, select Printer Features
- Select Configuration Page

On the Color LaserJet 3500, the configuration page has colored boxes and lines around the border, so you can check the image quality of the printer.  The configuration page also tells you information about the printer, such as its page count, recent logged events, calibration data, and paper tray settings.  To print the configuration page:

- Press the down arrow button on the printers operation panel.
- Keep pressing the down arrow button until "INFORMATION" is the highlighted option on the display screen.
- Press the Select button (the green button with the white check mark on it).
- Press the down arrow button until "PRINT CONFIGURATION" is displayed.
- Press Select.

To print a configuration page from a Ricoh C6000 or C7500 with printing capability:

- Press the User Tools/Counter button
- Select Printer Features
- Select Configuration Page
