How to fix USB001 Operator error on hp printers

Solutions for "USB001 Operator error":

Procedure 1:
Disconnect the USB cable and the power cable from the printer.
Power off the printer and the central unit.
Wait a minute.

Connect the power cable to the printer.
Power on the printer and open the cover.
Power on the central unit and connecte the USB cable to the printer.
Closer the cover.

Procedure 2:
Uninstall the driver of the printer
Reinstall the driver.

Procedure 3:
Try another USB port.

Procedure 4:
The electronical car of the printer may be faulty.

Managing Printers

In this post Ill describe the printer management and print document management options

In this post Ill describe the printer management and print document management options. To manage a printer and print documents follow the following steps:

Go to Control Panel, Printer and Faxes, Right Click the printer you want to manage. Now you can see management option from the pop-up menu. Select the appropriate option for the area you want to manage.

See the table below for description of each option.

Option	Option Description
Set as Default Printer	Specifies the default printer that will be used when the user does not send a job to an explicit printer
Printing Preferences	Brings up the Printing Preferences dialog box, which allows you to configure printer settings for page layout and paper quality.
Pause Printing	While a printer is paused, print jobs can be submitted to the printer, but they will not be forwarded to the print device until you resume printing (by unchecking this option)
Sharing	Use this option to share the printer
Use Printer Offline	Pauses the printer. Print documents will remain in the print queue, even if you restart the computer
Create Shortcut	Allows you to create a shortcut for the printer, which would typically be placed on the desktop.
Delete	Removes the printer. You might use this option if you no longer need the printer.
Rename	Allows you to rename the printer.
Properties	Allows you to manage the properties of a printer

Apple printers

Apple made several different lines of printers, and none of them printed a "true" configuration page from the printer itself like many other brands of printers do. But they could print startup pages or test pages, which sometimes contained page counts and other information.

LaserWriter series:
Apples LaserWriter printers by default print out a startup page a couple of minutes after you turn them on. This startup page typically includes information like page count, amount of memory, ROM version, and other communication settings.

In addition to the startup page, you can print a configuration page through a computer connected to the printer or the printers network using the Apple utility. The instructions for printing this configuration page vary by model, and the configuration page includes different information than the startup page.

StyleWriter series:
StyleWriter printers can print a test page, which might not contain anything more than the ROM version and a pattern or design.
