Pixma ip1000 waste ink counter reset

leei good step below to reset iP1000 infallible, as I did, and the power button flashes but not as before now turned on and off completely, I guess its a good sign, as it used to be a very dim flicker but Linux newbie , because the program is opened again to reset e = in the time I wrote this post sige locked the program, and now gave him close and not send errors.

This procedure is to reset the Epson Stylus 660 printer when are the lights will blink and will not let you print.

Para realizar el reset lo que tiens que hacer es lo siguiente: To perform the reset tiens what to do is the following:

Hay que presionar y mantener apretado el boton de LOAD/EJECT (tomar hoja) y el de Cleaning (limpieza) . We must press and hold the button LOAD / EJECT (take up) and the Cleaning (cleaning).

Mientras mantienes apretados esos botones , tienes que presionar el boton de POWER (encendido) y tenerlo apretado hasta que las luces (ink out – tinta vacia y paper out- falta papel) empiezan a titilar o parpadear. While holding these buttons, you must press the power button (on) and keep it tight until the lights (ink out - empty ink and paper out-out of paper) start to flash or flicker.

Seria conveniente que cada vez que se haga este procedimiento hacer una limpieza a la esponja interna de la impresora, por que alli deja depositado todo el exceso de tinta de la impresora y podria derramarse. It would be desirable that each time you do this procedure done to clean the sponge inside the printer, because there left on deposit all excess ink from the printer and may spill. Esto no es 100 % necesario pero seria muy bueno que lo hagas. This is not 100% necessary but it would be very good to do so.

Reset counter Epson Stylus Photo RX700 Using Software Resetter

The tutorial to Reset counter for Epson Stylus Photo RX700 using software resetter. There are two software resetter can be used to reset this printer model that is “Adjustment Program Epson Stylus Photo RX700” and SSC Service Utility ver 4.30. But I recommend to use SSC software to reset the printer Epson RX700 because this software is free.
Epson Stylus Photo RX700 all-in-one photo center printer and its designed to take your photos further with professional level performance. This Epson printer model compatible with Windows and Macintosh operating system.
To reset Epson RX700 using the both software (adjustment program and Epson SSC Service utility) you can follow the following steps:
Reset Using adjustment program rx700

Download Adjustment Program for Epson RX700 and extrac the adjustment program. Then goto extracded folder and the run by clicking AdjProg.exe. to use this software no need date setting must be alter in the PC.
Download Adjustment Program Epson RX700 in 7z format (3,82 MB)
Download Adjustment Program Epson RX700 in Zip format (4,37 MB)
Click pasticular adjustment mode button
Select port selection and destination and equal to the printer.
Select Consumables maintenance counter. Then press “OK” or double-click to execute it.
Click the Initialize button to clear the all of maintenance counter to “zero”. Once you press [Initialize] button, you can see its completion message, so that press OK. To see the current or initialized counter click Read button.

Reset Using SSCServe 4.30

Download and install SSCServe software then select printer model and equal to the printer and then close the setting.
Open SSC menu by right clicking mouse on SSC icon in the systray, choose protection counter and the choose reset protection counter.

Reset the ink level for Cartridges HP 21, HP 27,HP 818,HP 802, HP 56, HP 58, HP 22, HP28 and HP 57

The Steps to Reset Ink level Printer cartridges HP 21, HP 27,HP 818,HP 802, HP 56, HP 58, HP 22, HP28 and HP 57

Step1:

Turn your computer OFF and then remove cartridge from the printer.

Step2:

Turn the printer off

Step3:

Place a piece of tape over the top left contact of the circuit as shown in BLUE on the picture.

Step4:

Turn on the printer. Printer will automatically print test page. (Note:if printer does not print a test page but goes through a head movement printer initialising process continue following steps when initialising process ends.

Step5:

Remove the cartridge from printer.

Step6:

Place a piece of tape over top right contact of the circuit as shown in RED on the picture.

Step7:

Replace cartridge to printer. Printer will go through a series of tests. initialising process.

Step8:

Remove cartridge from the printer.

Step9:

Place a piece of tape over the two contacts on the right side of the cartridge circuit as shown in GREEN on the picture.

Step10:

Replace cartridge to printer. Printer will run additional tests and be quite audible.(Ink levels will display “printer busy message” at this point)

Step11:

Remove cartridge from printer and remove all tape from the cartridge.

Step12:

Reinstall cartridge. (Ink levels will display “printer busy message” at this point)

Step13:

Turn printer off. Wait for 60 seconds and turn the printer back on. Ink level should now read full.

Refilling Instruction:

When You Refill the cartridge maintain the correct amount of liquid Ink So that the cartridge dont leaks.

For BLACK Printer cartridges HP 21, HP 27, HP 56, HP 818, HP 802 - 5ml

For tricolor Printer cartridges HP 22, HP 28, HP 58, HP 818, HP 802 - 2ml each

Note:Do Not overload ink it will cause leak, consider low quantity ink refill for each refilling process.

Use not more then 5ml syringe with needle for best refills.

Reset printer spooler windows 7

1. Open Services, and stop the Print Spooler service.
2. In Windows Explorer, navigate to the folder below, and open the PRINTERS.
3. Click on Continue and Yes (if prompted by UAC) to approve opening the PRINTERS folder.
4. Delete all files in the PRINTERS folder until it is empty, then close Windows Explorer.
5. Open Services, and start the Print Spooler service.

1. Open the back cover of the printer by unscrew 2 nuts.

2. There are 2 PCBs inside, which one is the Power supply circuit board and other is main printer board i.e., green color.
3. Find a small eprom 93C66 IC (8 pin) in Green Printer Board.

4. Connect PIN 1 and 4 of the IC 93C66 with a small cable and solder it.

5. Then make sure all the cables are plugged back, and turn on the printer Samsung ML-1640, ML-1641, ML-1645.

6. Wait a few moments until the Samsung ML-1640, ML-1641, ML-1645 Printer calibration is complete and the lights flash green.
7. After a light green flame, turn off the printer.
8. Disconnect the small cable that connects pin 1 and 4 IC 93C66.
9. Close the printer Samsung ML-1640, ML-1641, ML-1645, do not forget to attach the screw.

10. SamsungML-1640, ML-1641, ML-1645 printer is ready for use again.

Download Adjustment Software, for Epson CX3900. You can download the software at download page above: Download Epson Resetter
Set date setting in Computer to 23 January 2007.
Extrac and Run adjustment program by clicking file named “AdjProg.exe” then click accept.
Click Particular adjustment mode, OK
Select Waste ink pad counter and double?click to execute it
Clear the printer counter by clicking “Initialization” button.
Turn off the printer the turn on again, and the printer should be Ok

Resetting using SSC software

Start with printer on. I assumed you have installed SSC software (also called SSC Service Utility) in your computer. You can download SSC software from this link: Download SSC Service Utility
Run and install SSC software.
Run setting in the printer model section and equalto the printer the close the setting.
Right click mouse on ssc icon in the system tray, select “protection counter” then click “reset protection counter”, Ok.
Turn off the printer the turn on again, and the printer should be Ok

Manual Reset Methods for Canon MP500 All In One Printer

The Canon PIXMA MP500 All-In-One Photo Printer is printer with Copier and Scanner features. The Canon MP500 is a great printer from Canon. In the market this printer priced about $150. The best feature from the Canon MP500 is easy to setup, excellent printing quality output, provide color display LCD, provides memory slot to print directly from memory card, easy to scan and copy document and this printer is a cheap printer (with price $150 it beats most of the $300-400 printers).

1. Entering into Service Mode

Start with printer connected to power cord (electric source)
Press and hold STOP/RESET button.
Press and hold POWER button.
Release STOP/RESET button without releasing power button.
Click STOP/RESET two times and then release power button.

2. Reset the Canon Pixma MP500 All-In-One Photo Printer

After the printer entering into service mode, prepare paper on the printer paper tray
Press Stop/reset button for 1 times and then press power button, await till printer finished print.
Press Stop/reset button for 2 times and then press power button, The printer will print again. Await till printer finished print again.
Press Stop/reset button for 3 times then press power button to reset EEPRsaya.
Press Stop/reset button for 4 times then press power button to reset Waste Ink Counter.
Switch off the printer. if printer doesn’t turn off, press button power until printer off.

How to Reset Waste Ink Counter Epson CX7300 CX8300 and CX9300F

Reset waste ink pad counter epson CX7300, CX8300 and CX9300F use adjustment program. I have tried this software and this software worked. To run this software without error please follow the tutorial under. I have modified the bat file and I change the name tricks-collections.bat to assist when running program adjustment.

Here How to use this software :

Download the adjustment program (see under)
Extrak adjustment you have downloaded
Go to The extrakded folder then click tricks-collections.bat file
Now set the date setting in you PC to 11 April 2008,
Run adjustment program by click AdjProg.exe file the click accept
Click Particular adjustment mode then select destination and printer port then click OK
Select Waste ink pad counter from the below window and double-click to execute it
Click [Check] button to check current protection counter’s value.
Then Click [Initialization] to reset the protection counter to the initial value. Thats all.
After finishing, you can change the date to normal.

Double click AdjProg.exe.
Click “Accept” button.
Click "Select" button. and select your printer model then click "OK"
Click “Particular adjustment mode” button.
Select on “Waste ink pad counter” and click “OK” button.
Click on “Initialization” button and the program will reset the protection counter.
Turn off the printer as a program instructed then turn on again.
Click “Finish” button. and its done!

Warning: You might end up with ink leaking out of the printer if you dont either replace the waste ink pad or install external waste bin.

Here is the proper reset code sequence to reset DCP printers without numeric keypad:

This instruction is also applicable to printer model: Brother DCP 110C, 115C, 120C, 130C, 135C, 145C, 150C, 165C, 185C

1. Press the Menu, then Mono Start key then press the UP arrow key 4 times to make the machine enter the maintenance mode and "ERROR 46" pops-up in the display.

2. Enter maintenance mode 80: Select 8 by pressing the UP/DOWN arrow key and push OK key and select 0 and push OK key

3. Now Press MONO arrow key several times until you see PURGE:XXXXX

4. Select 2 and push OK, Select 7 and push OK, 8 and push OK, select 3 and push OK and the purge counter is now reset to 00000.

5. Press STOP/EXIT key to go to root of maintenance mode

6. Enter code 99 to exit maintenance mode: Select 9 and push OK, Select 9 and push OK.

How to Reset Canon i80 Waste Ink Tank Full

This tutorial to reset waste ink in the printer canon i80. I not yet tried this tutorial, because this tutorial is I get from forum service printer. following step bt step to reset printer Canon i80 :

Close the print head cover, and turn off the printer.
While pressing the Resume/Cancel button, press the Power button *.
While holding the Power button, release the Resume/Cancel button **.
While holding the Power button, press the Resume/Cancel button three times, and then release the Power and Resume/Cancel buttons ***. During initialization, the LED blinks in green.
When the LED stops blinking and lights in green, press the Resume/Cancel button the 4 times ***.
Press the Power button. The LED lights in green, and the selected function is performed. When the operation completes, the printer returns to the menu selection mode automatically.
Power off the printer and then back on and test.

Note :

(Do not release the buttons. The LED lights in green to indicate that a function is selectable.)*
(Don’t release the Power button.)**
(Each time the Resume/Cancel button is pressed, the LED lights alternately in either orange or green, starting with orange.)***

1. Unplug power and USB.
2. Open door and hold power button.
3. Connect power.
4. Close door, then release power button.
or Step 1: Manual for service mode
1. Turn off the printer. And disconnect the printer cable.
2. Press and hold the POWER button, turn on the printer.
3. The indicator (L.E.D.) should be green.
4. Press and release the RESUME button , the indicator (L.E.D.) should be orange.
5. Press and release the RESUME button again, the indicator (L.E.D.) should be green.
6. Release both buttons.
